Terms of Use

1. General Information

These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile application provided by a private individual registered in Poland (“Developer”).

By using the app, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not accept them, they should stop using the app.

2. Age Requirement

The app may only be used by individuals who are at least 13 years old.

3. Scope of the Service

The app provides access to the features available in its current version. The Developer reserves the right to modify, expand, or limit the app’s functionality.

4. Subscriptions and Free Trial

The app offers access to premium features through paid subscriptions. A one-month free trial is available, after which the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.

The following subscription plans are available:

• monthly,
• three-month,
• six-month.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system. The subscription fee is charged to the user’s Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings.

Prices may vary depending on region and applicable taxes.

6. Refunds

All refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies. The Developer does not independently process refunds.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following actions are prohibited:

• using the app in violation of applicable laws,
• attempting to interfere with the app’s operation,
• reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, including source code, graphics, interface, and branding, belong to the Developer or cooperating entities.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is.” The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the app.

10. Termination

Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be published by updating the date at the top of this document.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
